Same moon, same stars
I was looking through some of the photos I had uploaded to the website and saw this one. It was one of my favorites from my trip to Switzerland. I just really like how the moon looks. Its just so peaceful floating above the mountains.
It also got me thinking about how the same moon is viewed from all over the world. Its really amazing how God works that out. Between Krista and I, our family is all over the place however we see the same moon and the same stars. In the greater scheme of things, it really does make me feel so small compared to the universe. And that makes God so huge. But then I realize that God wants to be with me even though I am so small and He is so grosse (that German for “big” – not that He is disgusting or anything). In His greatness, He reaches out to little me and gives me strength, encouragement, and most importantly – LOVE.
Its really cool to serve a God like that don’t you think?
